Located at outskirt of jakarta, the apartment concept trying to get a vibrant and corporate design elements. at the same time accentuates living and working feeling.

the design also trying to be an icon that is pointet by the use of shading screen. these screens not only hleps the icon feeling, but also to reduce the sun glare from west and east where 60% of builidng facade receives the most

The 32 storeys building at a vibrant street. The project concept is tried to revitalize the area at the back of the site, because it is disconnected from the area in front.

the elongated site makes it harder to have massing that facing street..instead it tries to be a spine that connect front and back of the site...so that the area at the back of site

become more lively.

The 12,000 sqm mall is unique, in a sense it is located at basement level. The basement area is part of larger apartment complex that caters to low cost housing, called Rusunami Kalibata.

The mall connected 8 towers underneath and also close to public transportation such as commuter train station and also public buses.

The mall is considered as neigborhood mall because it caters to the needs of 33,000 household residences on top, and also there is already a complete mall next to the site
